Artist's Description

Tuckers Ice Cream
1349 Park Street
Alameda, CA 94501

Alameda’s Finest Since 1941
Mr. Tucker had learned the business from his aunt and uncle in the city of Chico (and that ice cream store is operating there to this day). On their drive, they chanced to venture into the island city of Alameda looking to find a lunch place off the beaten track. What they found was a unique and warm community. After taking a few days to explore the town, they decided that Alameda would make an ideal home in which to raise their children and build a business.

It's exciting to know that I am limited only by my imagination and ingenuity. Please visit my...
